What to Eat to Lose Weight Fast - The Calorie Shifting Diet

Every overweight person who has ever contemplated going on a diet wonders at one time or another what to eat to lose weight fast. Is there a such thing as a diet plan that is conducive to rapid weight loss?

Most of us have been taught in school that a healthy diet consists of a well-balanced blend of foods from each one of the four major food groups, and that we should drink ten glasses of water a day, and that we should space our meals out by at least 3 hours in between each, and that we should not eat within the last three hours before going to bed.

We were taught that you should control your portion size, and never stuff yourself. On the contrary, you must stop eating just before you are too full. We were taught that it is okay to splurge on a meal every once in a while. This is the natural manner in which mankind was intended to eat, in order to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle, and most nutritionists and dietitians will tell you that it is best to lose weight slowly.

When it comes to losing weight, we are told to do something unnatural and counterintuitive, such as count our calories, eliminate carbohydrates from our diet, and to basically eat less and starve. Such is not the case with the Calorie Shifting diet. The Calorie Shifting diet incorporates all of the features of the healthy eating habits enumerated above into a diet plan that yields rapid weight loss results, on the order of about 9 pounds every 11 days.

You can eat as much food as you want at each one of four daily meals. Your diet will consist of a variety of foods from each one of the four major food groups. You must drink 10 glasses of water daily. You must maintain a gap of at least 3 hours in between each meal.

The Calorie Shifting diet's answer to the question of what to eat to lose weight fast is that you basically must eat healthy foods from all four food groups. The only catch is that you must rearrange, or shift, the types of calories that you consume, from meal to meal, from day to day, in such a way so as to be the most conducive to fat burning.

Can you really lose 9 pounds every 11 days on the Calorie Shifting diet?
